6. Performing deep stain removal on carpets, walls, or upholstery.

7. Cleaning delicate items, including antiques, collectibles, or fragile objects, without prior written consent and instructions from the client.

• What are your cleaners’ safety guidelines?

For safety reasons, no cleaner will lift items weighing over 25 pounds or make use of stepladders or stools that are more than 3 feet high.
