Customized Services
Customized Services are services that you may add on top-off of your flat-rate services, or we also call it add-ons. These add-ons services need to have a base-cleaning service for our maids to fulfill the action and complete the service. Here is the list of additional services that we offer on-top-of our flat-rate/bundled services.
◉ Cleaning the Fridge (Interior)
The refrigerator is where we place or deposit our fresh goods and cooked foods, drinks, condiments, and others.
A well-cleaned refrigerator decreases the risk of food poisoning. It is necessary to have your refrigerator be clean at least once a month.
◉ Cleaning the Oven (Interior)
The oven should be clean at least every three or six months, depending on how often you use them. The oven's structure increases the build-up of grease/oil, dirt, and smell that may also cause food poisoning if not cleaned properly.
◉ Cleaning the Washer & Dryer (Interior)
Washer & Dryer should be clean at least once a year. The soap residue, minerals, and chemicals from your detergents can cause harm to you and your clothes. These residues can extend to your washer/dryer hose and pumps that cause it to be less effective (hot water is not getting hot, detergents are not getting strong to kill the bacteria).
◉ Inside Window Cleaning
Window cleaning (inside the house surface) helps to decrease the damages created by dirt, grease, and rapid climate change. A clean window also helps to improve your home lighting.
NOTE: We only clean the interior side of your windows and can be reached by a three-feet ladder. IF your windows are in full-length or from-floor-to-ceiling, kindly let our representative know for us to provide an accurate estimate.

◉ Cleaning the Doors
Cleaning the Cabinets & Drawers, Closet, Blinds, Walls, Baseboard, and Doors are mainly to remove accumulated dirt, stain, and disinfect the areas. It creates better clean air in your home. These should be done regularly or at least once a week.
◉ Hand Washing the Dishes ◉ Loading of Laundry
Hand Washing the Dishes and loading of your laundry to the washer and drying it out (dryer) is our requested service or added because of increased demand.
What is the benefit of having a Customized Service? Is it cheaper than having a Bundled Service?
Bundled Services such as Deep Cleaning, Deep Cleaning Plus, and Move-In Move-Out services have a specific cleaning checklist. And some of the add-on services may not be included in those services. Creating customized services helps you from getting what you only need and applicable to your home needs.
Customized Services or Add-Ons are all at a reasonable price. These services help you decide what kind of services you need right now without compromising your budget.
